At Car Fantasy.nl always 14 days on approval
You can return all items that you have purchased from us,
under certain conditions. At Car Fantasy.nl you have a 14-day approval period
for your orders. Within this period you can view the item as you would in a
physical store. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which
you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically
receives the item.
If you receive an item that is damaged during transport, we
request that you contact us as soon as possible to report this.
If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it
within the approval period. The approval period starts on the day after
delivery.
Car Fantasy.nl has rules for returns. If you want to return the order, we request that you observe the following:
- Ensure that the return is registered or returned within the 14-day approval period. We would like to receive a message about this by e-mail info@carfantasy.nl
- After reporting your return, you have 14 days to ensure that the package is returned to us.
- We request that you include a fully completed return form with your return (download via the site) or use the European model form for withdrawal.
- Send your return in an outer box or extra packaging so that the article does not get damaged or broken. A full refund is not possible when returning a damaged article. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
For a quick and proper processing of the returned item, the following is important:
- We ask you to include a completed return form with your return.
- If you return more than one package and only have one
return slip, we ask you to include a note with your name, address and customer
number with the other packages.
After receiving the product back, we will assess whether it has been returned complete, unused and undamaged. In some cases, we will apply a depreciation. This will be assessed individually for each return shipment. Examples of depreciation are:
Damaged packaging = 20% depreciation.
No packaging = 50% depreciation.
Damaged, used or dirty product = 100% depreciation.
Please note! If an order is returned unstamped, we will
deduct the shipping costs from the amount to be refunded. The direct costs for
returning the items are therefore at your own expense and amount to € 10 for a
standard package.
The shipping costs for returning larger items (from 30 kg or
larger than 160 cm) are approximately € 45.

Returns via TNT Business point
You can drop off most items (maximum 30 kg, 150 litres
and/or 80 cm) yourself at a TNT Business point. You will find a TNT Business
point near you. You will receive a return receipt with a number on it at the
TNT Business point (keep this safe)

Do you want to bring your package to TNT Business point? You
do not need to make an appointment in advance. Look here for the TNT Business
point near you. We advise you to ask for proof of shipment when dropping off
the package at the post office.
For a faster processing of your return, we ask you to take care of the following points:
- return the article in as original a condition as possible and undamaged;
- leave all labels and tags on the article, provided that they do not hinder the assessment of the products;
- pack the product in a box or envelope to protect the original packaging of the product if reasonably possible;
- clearly state the address of our customer service;
- enclose a return form for a quick processing of your complaint and to clarify your complaint;
- ask for proof of this when you drop off your package at the post office.
Return it yourself
As an additional service, we also offer you the possibility
to exchange or return items that you have purchased in the Shop Online at Car
Fantasy in the store in Elst. In the store, you can exchange something for
another item. We ask you to bring the delivery note/invoice with you if you
want to exchange or return an item in the store.
Items manufactured according to specifications or to the customer's wishes cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please note! Did you receive the wrong item, do you have a
complaint about an item or do you want your money back? Then you can return the
items to our Returns Service.
Refund of the purchase amount
The full purchase amount, including any standard shipping
costs for the outward shipment, will be refunded to the account with which the
order was paid as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after
cancellation. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods
back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is
the earliest.
We will refund you using the same payment method with which
you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise;
in any case, you will not be charged any costs for such a refund.
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal and has
concluded a financing via our website, the financing agreement is automatically
cancelled.
Received the wrong item
Check if the item you receive is the same item you ordered.
If you accidentally received a different item, you can return it free of
charge. To find out why you received a different item, it is important that you
indicate on the back of the invoice what the reason for return is and what the
difference is between the two items. Clearly state the item number on the
packaging and send the item free of charge to:

Warranty conditions
Car Fantasy guarantees the proper functioning of the products it supplies during the warranty period. The statutory warranty period applies to all products. If a defect occurs in the product during the warranty period (as a result of manufacturing or material errors), it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
In the event of a warranty case, the product can be returned
free of charge. If you contact one of our employees in advance, you will
receive a reply number from us with which the product can be returned.
In order to process your warranty as quickly as possible, we
ask you to include a copy of the purchase invoice and a fully completed return
form.
The warranty is not valid if the defect is caused by a shock
or fall, misuse, sand, dust, dirt, moisture or corrosion, leaking batteries,
incorrect handling, repairs by unauthorized persons or defects caused by
failure to follow the maintenance and safety instructions as stated in the user
manual.
In addition to the above-mentioned statutory warranty, we offer a minimum of one year warranty on the items we supply. This warranty does not affect the above-mentioned statutory warranty. This additional guarantee does not apply to chrome and polished parts because they are not resistant to extreme weather conditions.
Processing your complaint
After receiving your complaint, you will receive a message about this by email to the email address known to us.
You will receive a message about the progress of your
submitted complaint by email within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
